Refund Policy – ZSLance.com
At ZSLance, we aim to provide a secure and professional environment for both employers and freelancers. Due to the nature of our service-based platform, all payments are considered final and are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once an invoice has been paid.
Before Invoice Payment:
Employers may freely cancel projects or reject proposals at any time before making any payment. No charges will apply.
After Invoice Payment:
Once an employer has paid an invoice, the amount is immediately credited to the freelancer’s wallet. As our services involve human time and effort, all payments are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE after invoice payment.
Dispute Handling:
In the event of a dispute regarding the quality or delivery of work, the employer must submit a complaint within 2 days of payment. ZSLance will review the matter and mediate between both parties
Withdrawn Funds:
Any funds that have already been withdrawn by freelancers are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances.
